Submersion Tanks and Equipment to Chemical Process In-house —

• Chromate Conversion Coating (“alodine”) per MIL-DTL-5541, including Type I and Type II (“hex-free”), RoHS compliant)

An Environmental Leader — Electromet is committed to reducing the impact of these and all of its other processes on the environment. In addition to adhering to all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, one of the ways we strive to minimize environmental impact is through the use of a completely “closed-loop” Wastewater Treatment System, operated by our Industrial Wastewater Treatment Operators certified by the state of Maryland. Because of this “closed-loop” system, Electromet discharges zero industrial waste-water to the city of Hagerstown.
