The Electromet Corporation, having successfully supported Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems (IDS) on numerous programs, and after completing extensive on-site audits, was added to the Raytheon Approved Supplier List (ASL) for sheet metal and metal fabrications. This step formalizes a long-standing partnership between Electromet and Raytheon IDS and allows Electromet to expand the scope of Raytheon programs and Raytheon suppliers it can support.
Electromet is currently an approved special process supplier to Raytheon for such processes as welding, chemical passivation and painting, and this further strengthens the strategic partnership between Raytheon and Electromet.
